Morning Mist - Soo Line 1003

Autumn mornings in Wisconsin often begin with a damp fog until the sun burns it away. I used the hazy atmosphere to add drama to the appearance of the steam locomotive thundering into sight and belching smoke like a storybook dragon. $800.00

They have become my signature style and are very popular with my collectors. I also paint more traditional subjects that I call, “Traditional with a twist”, because I sometimes include unexpected elements to add a little mystery or fantasy to my paintings.
