White Buffalo

White Buffalo Spirit

According to Native American legend, the return of the white buffalo signifies a thousand years of peace. I chose to represent the legend with the dawn of a new day and white doves to represent peace.

Tom Shropshire - Contemporary Impressionist: Burlington, Wisconsin, Midwest, United States; I am a Contemporary Impressionist Painter. I am primarily known for my impressionistic night city scenes. They have become my signature style and are very popular with my collectors. I also paint more traditional subjects that I call, “Traditional with a twist”, because I sometimes include unexpected elements to add a little mystery or fantasy to my paintings.
